Biography

Tricia lives in Orleans with her husband David Roth. Together they teach at conferences and institutes locally and nationally. She is active in the OCP – Orleans Community Partnership – helping to develop a community center for Orleans. She continues her Medical Massage Practice full time, teaches at The Life Center and BodyStrong Orleans, and is a guest instructor at local Yoga Studios such as Majah Studio, Cape Cod Yoga Center, the Dharma Connection, and OYP in Orleans.  She has developed her own specific fitness, core, and strength training class called Cardio Ball Fitness Fusion that she teaches at The Life Center for Health / Medicine and BodyStrong Gym in Orleans, MA.  In addition to her regular class schedule, Tricia also teaches workshops in Anatomy, Meditation, Children’s Yoga, Ayurveda Principles, Dance Fitness, Pranayama, the Chakras, and The Work.  As owner of Oasis Integrative Therapies since 1984, Everybodies Aerobics Studio since 1985, Everybodies Yoga since 1998, and a facilitator in training of THE WORK of Byron Katie, Tricia employs many modalities to create a unique holistic approach and application.
